Why Make The Investment?

Prospective clients ask us this all the time, and it's a great question.  In short, having well-crafted video content in your marketing arsenal will yield the best return on your investment you will ever receive for ANY marketing tool you can buy.  This is a big statement, allow me to explain why.

Any business owner no matter how big or small knows this- you

can have the best product or service in the world, but if people

don't know about it, you won't make any money. Thus comes the

need for marketing.  You have probably already taken many steps

to help market your business.  Surely you have

business cards. Of course you have a website.  You probably have

even put some time and energy into having a presence on social

media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.  These all

seem like no brainers.  Why do you do these things?  To tell people

about your business, and that you exist.  At the end of the day

though, what do all of these efforts accomplish?  They tell people

that you're on the map, and it hopefully drives them to your website.

That's a great thing, but it's only half the battle.  Once they're on

your website, you then have a chance to tell them why your great

business will benefit them and enhance their life in one way or

another.  Let's pause here for a moment.

Have you ever looked at the traffic analytics for your website? On a consistent basis, there are likely a significant amount of people viewing your website. But only a small portion of them are actually hiring you and giving you cash flow.  This is a challenge every business faces online.  The goal, as I'm sure you're aware,  is to somehow convert those casual online browsers into paying customers. Customers because something on your website made them CONNECT with you, more so than your competition. Now I bring in the word competition.  It's too easy to forget that just

as they are viewing YOUR website, they're likely comparing you to all of your competitors' websites trying to decide which business would be the best fit for them.  Like it or not, people choose where they spend their money largely based on emotion. Of all the websites they compare, they will pick whichever website evokes the right emotions in them and not only makes them feel that they will be in good hands, but will ultimately make their life better in some way. Have you ever bought a car without comparing it to other cars to determine which is the best fit for you? Probably not.  Have you ever picked a new doctor without researching who's out there in order to decide which seems like they will make you feel the most comfortable and also help you live a healthy life? Did you pick the first one you found, or did you do a little comparing?

The goal of your website is to tell the world that YOU are better than the competition.  That YOU offer the best, and most customer friendly product or service.  The operative word here is that they need to feel a personal CONNECTION to you and what you offer.

You probably have pictures on your website. Why? Because a picture says a thousand words. Everyone knows that. You probably have an "About Us" section of some form that contains background on who you are and why you do what you do.  But what not everyone realizes is that a unique and well crafted video possesses infinitely more power to make prospective customers feel a connection with you than pictures or text ever will be able to by themselves. In this day and age, the

internet is becoming increasingly important.  The challenge is using this tool of the internet to tell people that your business can enhance their life. Your website is an opportunity to tell them that.  A well crafted video that effectively conveys the tone and heart of your business is the most powerful marketing tool you can use for your website and social media. It's something that more and more businesses are starting to realize, meaning that the ones who utilize this powerful tool have a huge leg up on the competition in their online presence, and those who don't are at significant a disadvantage. At the end of the day, whichever business is able to most effectively CONNECT with people will get the customer.

The beauty of having a video on your own website is that it works like a commercial, but you don't have to buy air time. You pay the one time cost of creating the video, and the video is yours to display on your website and social media forever.  You don't have to pay monthly or annually to keep the ad running. It's YOURS and you have full control over it.

Considering the significant marketing advantage it provides, the relatively small investment to create a unique video for your business provides significant leverage. The return on your investment will pay immense dividends in the long run.

Ultimately, it's up to you to decide if your business needs a well crafted video to tell your story.  If you are of the many who see the advantage to it, we would love to get to know you better, and talk about how we can tell the world, through compelling video, that your business is worth their time and money.

Sincerely,
